All projects and major work undertaken by RPG is formally managed within RPG's Project Management framework.
Our management team consists of project managers and construction engineers leading teams of skilled personnel specialising in planning, procurement, cost-management, quality assurance, HSE / IR management. As we strive for Quality and Safety Management excellence, this mindset is fundamental to our culture and ensures our performance in these areas meets and or exceeds our clients' expectations.
Our depth of experience allows RPG to enter the project delivery process at the feasibility and design stage, often adding value in the identification of conflict between construction sequences and or design concepts, paving the way for procurement and construction activities leading to safe, cost-effective and constructible designs.
With staff formally trained in both RPG's methodology and project management concepts to AQF5, jobs are managed in a consistent and quality focused manner.
