RPG can profile steel to individual requirements. With both High Definition machines which incorporate Plasma Bevel Units and Oxy Profile machines, we are capable of producing a variety of bevel profiles to a +/- 1mm tolerance in material thickness range between 1.2mm to 32mm (high definition) and up to 300mm thick to produce a finish that is +/- 2mm in tolerance (oxy profile).
Plasma Etch to show bend lines, part identification details, and drilled hole positioning can be added on request.
With an eight head machine operating on a 9000mm x 24000 dry bed, RPG is able to provide clients with some of the largest and most diversified Oxy Profiling within Australia.
