Precise CNC machining
Our CNC software has been specifically engineered for precision and speed. Our CNC machines are state-of-the art, creating the most accurate straight line cutting and bevelling finishes and meticulousness in countersinking and drill tapping that delivers steel components perfectly aligned for assembly and fabrication.
Our capability extends to CNC drilling and machining with 3560mm x 5000mm cross travel and 1250mm vertical travel. We work with 250 grade mild steel to 500Bn quenched & tempered steel. Our radial arm drilling has an impressive 5.4 metre reach and we cut copper at 350mm x 12mm and punch 22mm x 12mm.
Quality does matter
We source our steel primarily from Australian steel mills. However, to ensure our supply promise, we engage a number of international mills and accept only steel that complies with Australian standards: BlueScope, Bisalloy, NLMK, VAUTID and SSAB.
