RPG Australia is a specialist plate rolling facility. Housing five plate rolling resources with advanced capability, we can produce just about any conceivable shape from a broad scope of steel products.
We can flatten and roll to template BIS 80, 400, 450 and 500; Xlerplate 250 and 350 grade; Strenx 700, Hardox 450 and 500, and also all grades of aluminium and stainless steel. We can form these into conical section, cylindrical form, strakes, elliptical sections, multi radii, spirals… or just about any shape you need.
Our new CNC Haeusler roller is ideal for repeatability and our rolling expertise extends to end setting, trimming of green, weld preps and quickie cutting as required.

We have integrated our full suite of capabilities into our in-house Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) expertise. Having our CAD team under the same roof working with the latest design software technologies enables us to deliver optimum accuracy, faster productivity and superior quality outcomes.
