History of RPG Australia
1962 - RB Engineering started plate fabrication at Salisbury.
1967 - RB Engineering started Rollpress for processing
Early 1990’s - GM Gurr entered the processing market as competitors
Mid 1990’s - GM Gurr merged with Rollpress and became Rollpress Gurr.
2003 - Rollpress Gurr merged with Proplate to become Rollpress Proplate Group.
2007 - NEXT Capital acquired Rollpress Proplate Group which became RPG Australia.
24/10/2012 – Southern Steel Group acquired RPG Processing all other divisions closed.
