Employing only the latest technologies in plasma cutting systems and high performance drill heads, our capabilities extend beyond industry expectations. We deliver flawless results across steel profiling, bevelling, drilling, tapping, countersink and counterbore applications.
Our high-definition machines harness Hypertherm HPR400 power sources. Our automated Plasma Bevel Units produce a stable of bevel profiles to a +/-1mm tolerance in a range of material thickness from 1.2mm up to 50mm.
Our multi-torch oxy profile machines, fitted with automated bevel units, produce a variety of bevels on almost any plate thicknesses. Portable plate edge bevelling machines utilise a rotary shear cutting action. We can produce clean machined bevels with no thermal distortion.
With requirements outside the scope of our plasma, oxy and mechanical bevelling capabilities, RPG Australia has on-site CNC machining capability to close the loop within steel proofing and bevelling requirements.
